Reclaim Gift Aid

As a UK tax payer you can add 25% more to your donation at no cost to you. A Gift Aid declaration allows Eyes on the Future to claim tax back on eligible donations. It means that for every £1 you donate to Eyes on the Future we can claim back 25p, at no extra cost to you.
By ticking the "Yes" box, I agree I would like Eyes on the Future to reclaim the tax on all qualifying donations I have made, as well as any future donations, until I notify them otherwise. I understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year I may be asked to pay any difference. Our friends and supporters based in the United States can support our activities through a contribution to the Eyes on the Future US Fund (the “Fund”) at the Myriad USA (previously King Baudouin Foundation United States), a U.S. public charity within the meaning of Sections 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donors may be eligible for a U.S. income tax deduction for their contributions to the extent permitted by U.S. tax law. In accordance with U.S. tax law, Myriad USA retains complete control and discretion over amounts contributed to the Fund.
