In October 2026 we published the third edition of the RDH12 Scientific Landscape. It reviews current scientific and clinical knowledge on RDH12-associated retinal dystrophies, drawing on the global literature and on interviews with leading experts worldwide.
It covers the two RDH12 gene therapies now in clinical development, the wider treatment pipeline, and the gaps and opportunities that remain. It also includes a list of all known RDH12 mutations.
